Now in its third generation, the Mokko was the first of Cheness Cutleries through hardened 1060 Carbon Steel Blades, and remains one of the best built beaters available for under $200. While the blade itself is not quite as tough as the 9260 Spring Steel swords, the Mokko is highly scratch resistant, its superior heat treatment allow it to flex enough to return to true on a bad cut and it has the most roll and chip resistant 1060 Carbon steel blade anywhere (as this VIDEO of the Mokko puncturing a steel chair testifies!). You would really have to be going out of your way to destroy this sword!
