Hanzo Steel Kill Bill Brides Sword
IN STOCK
Katana inspired by Kill Bills Bride Sword with aggressive 1" Sori (curvature). 30" Blade, 12" Handle.
"Given a Little More Time, Hattori-san would have designed THIS"
Most replicas of the Kill Bill Bride sword are overpriced wallhangers. Finally, THIS sword inspired by the Brides Sword pays fitting tribute.
The blade itself is 30" long with a 12" handle and aggressive, 1" sori (curvature) giving it extra cutting power. Made from 1060 carbon steel, this blade is also differentially hardened to ensure that the edge stays sharp as possible and is optimized, like a traditional Japanese sword should be and has a natural hamon. To minimize rusting- the sword is coated with black titanium, adding a little extra strength and preventing glare from giving away your position during the day or reflecting off any possible light source.
The fittings are the highest quality black cotton ito over blackened real rayskin and black, Kill Bill iron tsuba and kashira. Plus the saya comes with a back mounted suspension system, ensuring it is out of the way when not in use.

This is a nice sword, looks vicious and handles well.
It was tight with no rattles.
Sharp too! Like they say on Forged with Fire, "It will cut".
But the saya is really not very functional as it is outfitted with a back mount system that if it were built to handle back mounting and not break it still would be wont for room to draw the 30+ inches( mine is 30 & 3/8" from tsuba to tip) of blade, so I am redoing the saya mounting for standard carry.
This sword is still functional and worth the price with a 1060 DH Titanium coated blade with real hamon..wicked.
Feels quick and balanced.
Ito is tight and furniture is snug and good fitting.
Honestly this sword would go for more if the saya was a little more substantial.
I bought mine on sale and am very pleased with it.
I like it enough to recommend it for the price.
