The 26.5” long blade, which is made from through hardened, hard wearing 5160 spring steel was designed by James Williams from the Bugei Trading company for cutting unconvential targets and is perfect for backyard cutting. The style is unusual in having a back edge on the top half of the blade, with fullers starting where this edge finishes and continuing to the hilt. We have deliberately left this edge unsharpened for the benefit of Iaido practitioners used to working with more conventional blade styles.

Weighing in at just 2lbs 5oz, this is a very fast but also very tough sword perfect for multiple cuts.
