\"Forge-Direct-Banner\"<\/a>Forge Direct 2.0 was officially launched on the 4th of May, and in many ways while it was sad to see the old smiths stop taking new orders last month, what has come out of the ashes as it were is potentially even more exciting to even more people than ever before..<\/p>\n

I posted about the new swords in a post on the 31st of March appropriately entitled “the Future of Forge Direct”<\/a> but to make a long story short, this vision became a reality on the 4th of May, with all the sneak previewed swords I mentioned in that post now available to order, and some new ones, including some rather big surprises..<\/p>\n

In addition to the 4 traditional, heirloom quality Chinese swords, we added two Japanese style blades to the mix – the first one, a stunning Nara period Tachi..<\/p>\n
