Scottish Sgian Dubh the sgian-dubh also Skean Duh (Pronounced Skeen Doo), or Scottish Black Knife is a small, single-edged knife (Scottish Gaelic: sgian) worn as part of traditional Scottish Highland dress along with the kilt. Also referred to as a Scottish Sock Knife. Was often hidden when entering a home as a guest as it was custom not to enter another persons house armed.
The Kingdom of Arms replica crusader medieval arming sword features a hand hammered 5160 carbon steel blade as the originals were made, full tang, heat treated and tempered as the originals. The handle is Kamagong Ironwood with checkered pattern as the originals. The end cap is real bone. The sheath is wood with brass accents. It is based off a 100 year old original which is in a personal collection.
