Our Dark Sentinel makes its debut into the Legacy Arms brand. Keeping with the original concept of blending east and west, our updated version maintains everything that made it a great sword while giving it some much needed upgrades. Our retooled version features a longer, smooth leather-wrapped handle (not suede) from hilt to pommel. The crisper guard, pommel and other accutrements have been refreshed for superior fit and finish.
This unique blade combines the slashing power of the Samurai Katana with the agility and thrusting ability of fine European dueling swords. The Dark Sentinel is a handsome sword with a bite. Light and quick enough for single-hand fencing but with the ability to turn on awesome two-handed power, the Dark Sentinel sword from Legacy Arms will guard the castle gates against all would-be usurpers - without draining the Royal treasury! The forged high-carbon steel blade is complemented by a leather-wrapped grip with a stylized tsuba-like guard. A wooden scabbard with steel fittings completes the package.
