Amazing Value - Tough Monotempered 65mn Spring Steel Blade

Designed as a companion piece and practice version of the live bladed Hatamoto II 65 mn Spring Steel Katana, the unsharpened iaito version allows you to easily tell which one is which at a glance (as the tsubas are uniquely different) but most importanty, allows you to train with a blade that weighs and handles the same as your cutting sword to avoid learning the kind of bad habits that can occur with underweight alloy iaito.

In all other respects other than having an unsharpened practice blade, the iaito version is the same as the Hatamoto II Katana, featuring the same monotempered spring steel, iron fittings and tight rayon wrapped over authentic rayskin.
